"I’ve been involved with the Safety Bus service since my second year. I got involved as I had been a Freshers Volunteer and many of the other volunteers were part of the team and recommended it to me, so I thought I would give it a go." "I began as a co-driver which means answering calls, arranging routes and taking care of donations. I have now progressed to driver which means I get to drive (obviously)!" "Along the way I’ve met some great people and had a lot of laughs. I have many happy memories of red bull, haribo (the fizzy ones of course) and cheesy tunes that get you though the night! Despite the fact that we don’t get paid (no, we really don’t) it’s great to be part of the team and give something back....Give it a go!"
